Policies & Conditions.
✦ Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
If a deposit is not received within 1 hour of booking, the slot will be automatically cancelled.
Your date and time are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
✦ Arrival & Lateness
Please arrive on time for your session.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.
Sessions that are 30+ minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
✦ Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Deposits do not transfer if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the deposit.
✦ Studio & Location Fees
Studio rentals are billed as an additional fee and must be covered by the client.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside of NYC or specific boroughs.
✦ Editing & Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for edited photos is 1–2 weeks from the date of the photoshoot.
Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.
Each extra edit beyond the agreed package is $5 per image.
Final edits reflect the photographer’s creative style and vision. Raw/unedited files are not released.
✦ Payment
Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery of final photos.
✦ Usage & Rights
Photographer retains full copyright to all images.
Clients are granted personal use rights (sharing, printing, portfolio).
Commercial use (advertisements, campaigns, resale, etc.) requires a separate written agreement.
✦ Respect & Professionalism
A safe, respectful, and inclusive environment is expected at all times.
Disrespectful behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the session without refund.
