Policies & Conditions.

✦ Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

  • If a deposit is not received within 1 hour of booking, the slot will be automatically cancelled.

  • Your date and time are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

✦ Arrival & Lateness

  • Please arrive on time for your session.

  • Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.

  • Sessions that are 30+ minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

✦ Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits do not transfer if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • Cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the deposit.

✦ Studio & Location Fees

  • Studio rentals are billed as an additional fee and must be covered by the client.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside of NYC or specific boroughs.

✦ Editing & Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time for edited photos is 1–2 weeks from the date of the photoshoot.

  • Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.

  • Each extra edit beyond the agreed package is $5 per image.

  • Final edits reflect the photographer’s creative style and vision. Raw/unedited files are not released.

✦ Payment

  • Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery of final photos.

✦ Usage & Rights

  • Photographer retains full copyright to all images.

  • Clients are granted personal use rights (sharing, printing, portfolio).

  • Commercial use (advertisements, campaigns, resale, etc.) requires a separate written agreement.

✦ Respect & Professionalism

  • A safe, respectful, and inclusive environment is expected at all times.

  • Disrespectful behavior may result in immediate cancellation of the session without refund.
